Box of 50 pieces of KN-95 Masks by ENGE Bio Tech

Individually wrapped masks in packages of 50 per box. Net price per mask comes out to $2.73/

Specified grade: KN95 (GB2626-2006)

Testing Report: A total of two packages (each with 5) of the FFR were delivered to 4C Air, provided by MGA Cares. All the FFRs are “folded” in style.

Five full FFRs of each brand were tested for initial filtration properties (not pre-conditioned) via a filtration efficiency test used in NIOSH N95, 42 CFR Part 84 (Respiratory Protective Devices). Tests were conducted on an “Automated Filter Tester” 8130A (TSI, Inc.) using 0.26 μm (mass median diameter)/0.075 μm (count median diameter) NaCl as the aerosol source under a flow rate of 85 L/min. (See chart)

A separate FFR was subjected to a loading of ~80 mg NaCl to determine the minimum efficiency. (See graphs)

Testing conclusions:

All the FFRs tested had initial filtration efficiency >95%. In addition, loading the FFR with NaCl shows that the minimum efficiency was >95% (minimum efficiency is equal to the initial efficiency). However, a note of caution is that the initial pressure drop is roughly 250 pascals. NIOSH approval requires inhalation resistance less than 35 mmH2O (343 Pa) and an exhalation resistance less than 25 mmH2O (245 Pa), tested using a mannequin. Thus, the pressure drop for this brand of FFRs is very close or exceeding the exhalation resistance required for NIOSH approval and will require caution.
